General uptight dimeanor or way of thinking by folks from Colorado characterized by their belief that 1) there are mountains/snow nowhere else 2)only Coloradans recreate outdoors, and/or 3) no location can be superior in any way to Colorado. This leads to an inability to find enjoyment when traveling or actually moving away from home. These people also like to use "Colorado" in a very generalized way when making comparisons, despite most folks actually just living in the burbs.
