Annoying people that steal source code from real programmers off of open source sites and try to sell it. Also known to rig programming contests, produce fake, glowing reviews of their own work supposedly written by independent sources, and to be generally dishonest. While stealing others' work and writing their own reviews, these people never fail to add "God bless you" in their commentary to make themselves appear above the deceits they are perpetrating. The very word "Pinoy" is enough to make honest programmers the world over shudder, because all these loudmouths do is puff their skinny little chests out and make themselves out to be bigshot programmers, thereby demeaning the art and science of computer programming.
