‘Borahae’ korean: 보라해 보: Bo 라: ra 해: hae I purple you is not like saying I love you, but more like saying I’ll be there for you and trust you always. Taehyung (BTS V) point out that purple is the last color of the rainbow . That’s why it means being there and trust. The BTS member, came up with this saying during a concert in 2016. “Bora” is the color purple in Korean. /보: bo 라: ra/ "hae" comes from Saranghae (사랑해) that means "i love you" When you add “bora” and “hae” together you get “borahae” translated that means “I purple you”.
