Noun: An extremely overweight mule in Pennsylvania that does not function like a normal horse and has no will or inspiration to do anything with its time or life. Generally useless, lazy, smells horrid, and does not contribute to any notable efforts. Has stayed in the same place the entirety of its life. Used to refer to a lazy or otherwise unkempt person, as well as a dishonest drama starter - often one that still lives with their mother despite being well past the age of moving - and regularly associates with people half their age. The word is locally derived from Northern Pennsylvania along the border of NY, however has been been heard all across regions of the East Coast, most notably by farmers or small town residents in reference to the ''village idiot''
