Sun-drunk is defined as a condition that occurs in the hour after one experiences heavy, prolonged sun exposure. Symptoms include giddiness, intense feelings of certainty and calmness, and overall sensations of peace. In a state of sun-drunkeness, it is best to just take it slow and go with the flow, especially if you're low on energy. In extreme cases, users must decompress and spend some time in the shade in order to fully recover their bearings.
