A combination of the words “based” and “conservative”. A word used most frequently by United States citizens that identify on the far right of the political spectrum. Its use is in attempt to establish that a conservative American is true to themselves and unafraid of ridicule. The word is commonly used in contrast to members on the left when applied in conversation.
