Channel Royalty Token (CRT): Entitles a token owner to a percentage of recurring advertising revenue in a media channel. CRTs allow issuers to do a capital raise to fund their channel. Issuers convert recurring revenue from fiat USD to USDC stable coin and pay investors via blockchain. Investors claim their dividends from the smart contract to their crypto wallet and can convert to any major fiat currency like USD. Issuers receive royalties on CRT secondary market transfers.
