Trigger Warning: Talk of trauma, trauma types, child endangerment and the like A type of combined trauma experience, including five or more of the below options. If you relate to any/all of these, please try seeking help from a trauma informed professional. 1 -When a caregiver of a child wilfully forces them to live off-grid, avoiding support services, and endangering them. 2-One or multiple attempts/successful kidnappings from other designated caregivers. 3 -Subjecting a child to neglect and poverty but conscious choice 4 -Ignoring the medical needs of a child 5 -Forcing a child to be responsible for things well before they should have to be (ie, Parentification) 6 -Extensive travel with little to no security in food, shelter or safety as a child 7 -When a caretaker uses their mental health to excuse extensive abuse 8 -A caregiver grooming/brainwashes a child under their care This is likely going to be co-morbid with other trauma based disorders (although PPSM isn't an official diagnosis, just an encapsulation of experiences)
