When you go to the toilet in a busy place like an airport terminal or office building and need to use a toilet that’s been shat in dozens of times within a short space of time. The seat is warm but the smell is foul. Term originated from the remote islands of Micronesia where tribes had a single toilet for a large village. The hot tropical climate and meat orientated diet exacerbated the stench.
