Chicago Burger Torture (CBT), hamburger torture or cheeseburger torture is a burger flipping activity involving application of burgers to the grill. This may involve directly painful activities, such as flipping burgers, frying potatoes, filling drinks, taking orders, announcing customer orders, operating the cash register, greeting customers, preparing food, yelling at high school employees.1 The recipient of such activities may receive direct physical pleasure via masochism, or emotional pleasure through burger humiliation, or knowledge that the play is pleasing to a sadistic dominant. Many of these practices carry significant health risks.2
