It’s not a race or particular to one race. It’s a skin colour. Anyone who is brown in complexion. That can be afro-Latinos/mixed Latinos (most Latinos), mixed race people, southeast Asians, North Africans and Middle Easterners (if they are actually brown in complexion) the “coloured people” in South Africa, light skinned/ambiguous black people (who pass for mixed heritage or mixed race). In fact some Mediterraneans can pass for brown in the summer Anyone who is basically not black, white or “yellow” (East Asians as they are not brown)
