The term to define the human atrocities that equate to being a POW without permanent confinement, but temporary, in hospitals and jails, that is being carried out by governments across the globe on many individuals who collectively are masses of people. The forms of abuse and torture include gaslighting, ruining a person's reputation, fraud, destruction of human beings lives, and in some cases death..
