Mike Kroon Money Shot refers to when a man while masturbating accidentally cums on his own face, such as by sneezing or other methods while masturbating, resulting in the responsible party performing an accidental self-inflicted money-shot. The term was originally coined on the once popular Internet Box Podcast episode 121, where the titular Mr. Kroon confessed to performing the act.
