1) A woman (usually in her late 20s into her early 40s) who has 2 or more kids and sleeps around with everyone in the neighborhood (or town). 2) A slutty white woman (usually overweight, or slim build) who sleeps exclusively with black men and resents the fact that she had kids. 3) A woman with many bastard children who solely depends on the welfare system to take care of her and her poor life choices. May or May not be an alcoholic or a drug addict, resides in poor, run-down parts of town.
