1. People who really have nothing substantial to say but need to be in the discussion so they just say random things in that are not pertinent to the subject. 2. People who argue against facts, because they have opinions. 3. People who tell someone they don't care but they have to say it anyway because the fact they don't care about offends them. 4. Pathological liars who can't answer a straight and simple question answerable by yes or no when cornered, and sometimes answers with a question.
