A “Qwauff” is air leaving the anus after two men have had anal sex or after a man has been pegged. A qwauff can and is often times mistaken for a fart. Anyone who may hear a person qwauffing, may believe they are simply farting as they sound exactly the same. A Qwauff is the equivalent of the female form “Queef” (air being expelled from the vagina, usually after sex).
