The process of destroying a Karen's goal of complaining or uselessly injecting herself into any conversation. Then throwing their opinion out along with acting as if yours is subpar. In general not minding their own business. This process requires firm action and tone, with a confrontational demeanor. Direct subject matter focus. Passively Aggressively calling them disrespectful names. I.E. " See you next tuesday" FIRMLY shutting them down by insistence they mind their own business and take care of their own. Providing evidence if needed. I.E. " the height requirement is here, my son is shorter than the arrow you fool" Then turning away as she continues and ignoring her.
