When someone makes a poor attempt to live a secret life; either as a fraud, an identity theft, or when someone is gay but hasn't accepted it and carelessly lives his life as though he's straight, regardless of who he may hurt by doing so. Someone who lies about everything and you can't believe a single word they say because the lies are so blatantly audacious that the believability is far far gone. Someone who tries to make a living through fraud but is really bad at it and is almost never successful.
