When your Company is purposefully trying to become the most hypocrite asshole in society by trying to do something for other Companies it cannot do itself which is finding and keeping Candidates. Where people in power are morally corrupt, toxic, have many personality disorders, often jump to conclusions that support their confirmation biases and likely to bully anyone out that challenge their authority or fractured their fragile egos. Where the kind of people that stay are often cowards as they avoid any conflict because they don't want to loose their jobs or just nasty people that align their morality with that with the few corporate psychopaths inside the company that are often unrecruitable themselves.
