Widely used as a Philippine slang, the expression, 'cheorvah' can mean anything. Literally. In an informal conversation, cheorvah is used to substitute something for lack of better term; used to immediately replace a word that takes considerably a long time to remember in an informal conversation. However, using cheorvah as a substitute for words in a conversation is not always advisable due to ambiguity. One must elaborate if need be.
