Pronounced: guh-na-dick Noun. Masculine version of the slang-term "gunt'". So this means basically it's a large flabby gut flap hanging over a man's (usually elderly and in an electric wheelchair) stretched-out elastic waistband of sweatpants/whitey-tides, covering the entire pubic area and/or pelvis. Thus creating the illusion of a man with a gunt & also NO DICK= gunt+and+no+dick = the word defined!
