the gay equivalent of an Uncle Tom. a gay person who openly and blatantly works against the progress of the LGBTQ+ community by working in direct connection with a party or group that opposes gay rights, usually serving in a "token" capacity and screaming at other gay people and allies about "intolerance" towards them because of their stance
