Old Man Jeffries can often be spotted by their use of basic or outdated internet services, especially dictionary-related ones. 2. A stereotypical old person i.e: liked things when they were younger, uses the word "Whippersnapper" excessively, and constantly complains about the spatial positioning of people he doesn't like in relation to his lawn, and usually where they should get.
