That moron in your building who angrily bangs on the wall/ceiling all the time even though neither you nor anyone in your apartment is making any substantial noise. They’ll bang if you have the tv on at *any* volume, if your phone rings, or even if you sneeze or cough. Normal people will only bang on the wall when there’s a legit disturbance. Borks just bang because of the power they feel it gives them. Borks are typically friendless and very insecure people who feel that banging on someone else’s wall is the only way they can feel they have power over anything in their lame lives. The word is a condensed form of “banging dork”
