Well no one i know truly knows this word but for me … An emotional high is that feeling you get when you felt so emotional that you fell intoxicated to the point where your body feel like it’s drunk/high as well. You also can’t do much and are locked in your mind. Ex: he did not do his homework because he was in an emotional high.
