SNL is not ready for prime time. As in, an underage hooker. The TV show, Saturday Night Live, has a cast and crew who were originally called the "Not Ready for Prime Time Players". Prostitution hobbyists have since used SNL in an escort review as a warning not to patronize underage. Urban Dictionary has five pages saying SNL is Saturday Night Live, but yeah, duh, this is a slang dictionary, not an abbreviation lookup.
