When you're a popular governor, who is on track to be the front runner to challenge the incumbent president, but you screw yourself over with a vindictive use of your power. This is in reference to the Bridgegate Scandal in 2013, when New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie, shut down the George Washington Bridge in order to punish the mayor of Fort Lee, New Jersey, for not supporting him in the 2013 gubernatorial race.
