A stereotypical, cringy way to describe the large blue eyes of a character, popular among by a bad and beginning/very young writers (usually themselves blue-eyed, usually in fanfiction, usually belonging to a Mary Sue type character). I don't know what the blue balls guy is on about. 'Cerulean orbs' has been a meme about bad fanfiction descriptions for YEARS. No one thinks you're talking about your balls my guy, they think you're being weird about some girl's eyes.
