People that roast pngtubers. They are bony, and look like a real skeleton. However, they all seem to hang in one position when they are roasting someone. They aren't all bad, though. If they spot something that's based, they'll say so. And, they'll actually play their little jingle in reverse if they actually see a pngtuber actually being based.
