The debit card provided by FEMA after natural or man-made disasters that can be used to purchase needed items not covered by insurance. Although named after Hurricane Katrina,this card is found anywhere a disaster occurs. Some purchases the card can be(and are) used for: hotel rooms, food, clothing, toiletries, school supplies, gasoline, crack, meth, marijuana, prostitutes (male and female), alcohol, automobiles and many other things too numerous too mention.
