Misophonia is something I deeply hate having. It makes me mad, sad, in pain, whenever someone •eating ( the sound and when I see someone doing it.) •drinking( the sound and when I see someone doing it.) •vacuuming (only the sound) •breathing ( depends on the look- and the sound) •blowing nose( sound and look) • the word “ pu!” And “ phew”( sound and look) •nails on a chalkbored( I’m pretty sure everyone hates this sound. •swoling(look and sound) •silent scratching ( LOOK. OMG THIS BUGS ME SO MUCH) Ps: you don’t get the same feeling of what you get when you hear nails on a chalk bored,it’s a different feeling for the triggers they have..to whoever have misophonia. Whatever is in () is wether the sound bugs me or the look of it.
