Ajapsandali (Georgian: 'აჯაფსანდალი'): 1. Georgian dish; Eggplant stew with some tomatoes, sweet pepper, potatoes, herbs and some spices (Would be pretty close to Ratatouille); Also popular in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Northern Caucasus. 2.
