A dirty man who talks a lot of rubbish (scutter). A habitual liar, who often tells lies to impress people in the surrounds of a public house, whilst horrifically drunk. A tramp who goes into pubs (usually Irish ones) with just enough money for a drink (usually cider). Buys drink then proceeds to annoy the locals with his drunken, abusive behaviour, bad odour and incontinence problem.
