Abbreviation to a Latino who is a Herb. A latino who acts like a Hugh White male, for an example Mr Rogers. They’re typically someone who gets offended easily, and or is a snitch. Herbinos are latinos who have deep rooted insecurities. It is a personality identity disorder. In the work force, when herbinos are in a position of authority, with their pompous behaviors, they tend to power trip by threatening your job. They lack style, charisma, authenticity. They’re the latino verison of a uncle tom, cornball, or a beta male.
