BST is short for “Booty Shake Tug.” BST is a contactless, COVID-19 friendly form of sexual expression. When practiced correctly, a participant will bend over with their back facing their partner(s), spread their cheeks to display their booty hole, thus providing viewers with contactless contact from which to tug. BST became popularized during the pandemic in San Francisco’s North Beach amongst kinky yuppies, and sugar babies.
