Opposite of gentrification. Instead of higher class people pushing out/replacing lower class people, lower class people push out/replace higher class people. Not only that, but it also constitutes the ghetto mindset of these lower class people. This is not limited to race. Any race can be the lower class, and any race can be higher class. They can also be the same race.
