Egocentricfallaciestultitiam (E-go-sen-tric-fal-a-sai-stul-ti-sham) - The act/disorder of being egotistical as a smart person who often has delusions of him/her being stupid. Being "smart" doesn't apply to the person and finds themselves as stupid yet feels the need to be optimistic by believing everyone else is dumber than them when they do/say something smart. Origin: My classmate got a perfect score on a test and automatically believed everyone should do whatever he says because he believes he is a lot less dumb than everyone but denies that he is just smart, everytime he does something stupid he believes that everyone would do something much dumber than he did in the situation but considers himself a moron. He calls IQ tests "inaccurate" and says his true iq is below average.
