When applied to a male it means he is soft, weak, cowardly, effiminate, takes on feminine traits not associated with strong men such as nagging, whining, pleading, begging, complaining. Also means someone is submissive or a slave. Also means a male is easy to take advantage of or fuck over like a bitch in prison. Easy to trick or decieve.
