1: A suggestion that is delivered with encouragement. 2: An idea that does not truly exist and is an excuse for trying to politely state that someone could easily do better, or that they are awful at whatever the constructive compliment is aimed at. 3: Something one makes up in Home Economics because your group is crap at their cooking assignment and only you seem to know it, saying that they can do much better in a politer way than saying "Dude, are you really this bad?
