A Skat man is the appropriate name for someone that speaks at a milliom miles an hour. When these people speak at subsonic speeds, only harsh sounds are audible, such as "K" and "S", thus the name "Skat man". A side effect of being a Skat man is the tendency to not sit still, as their minds are always spinning with new ideas and thoughts that need to be acted upon, atleast before another thought comes to the forefront of their mind. However, a Skat man can be usefull at points, such as audibly incapacitating a foe in order to escape, or to make someone agree to something without all the details. Be careful around Skat men. This terrifying ability often makes then exceptional Auctioneers.
