A derivative of Donk music. Birthed in rural Lancashire in the late 90s following the comercial success of Klubbheads in England. Characteristic for Acidcore are the long drawn/ delayed 303 patterns which give the music an aggressive/dystopian undertone. Later popularised and influenced by the industrial sounds of Manchester and Berlin.
