Stringy spit formed on the lips of one's mouth. It attaches onto the upper lip, producing a string-like structure that never breaks, no matter how wide you open your mouth. This is due to its slimy consistency. Normally occurs when talking for a lengthy period of time, bad breath, being overweight or having a saliva overflow. To get rid of it, one has to lick their own lips to break the string. It is a part of the 'conversation killers' - something that stops people talking to you.
