A mystic river creature from Japanese folklore, also known as kappa. Kawataro/Kappa loves cucumbers and may come across as vulnerable but they will drag people into the river to drown them. They are recognised by the bald patch on top of their head, outlined by wet hair, which is supposed to function like a camel hump/dent, the dent stores water so they can go onto the land.
