Shinjuro Rengoku is the father of Kyojuro Rengoku and Senjuro Rengoku, as well as Ruka's husband. Despite being a former ex flames pillar, he is a cowardly and spiteful man, who psychologically abuses his two wonderful and perfect children, saying he is not proud of them, insulting them, ignoring them and treating them like scum, and also hitting Senjuro, as well as being for 90 % of the time drunk.
