Telephone calls that skim the voice of the receiver in order to create an AI replica for commercial use. Voice Skimmer calls are usually silent and end briefly, only after the receiver gives enough dialogue such as a hello. Commercial use can be seen in a range of voice driven jobs from classical phone call scamming to narrating a commercial, or even a cartoon in some instances given the narration team uses it
