The act of running at full speed while wearing flip flops to address a matter of disrespect physically. Depending on the skill and overall level of hands the sprinter has, flip flops will usually fall off for younger children of eastern Carolina; adult goons are capable of keeping flip flops on at running speeds of up to 20 MPH.
