The feeling that a memory you have didn't happen or parts of it were imagined/hallucinated. This feeling is generally caused by realistic dreams, the Mandela effect, or dissociative disorders. (different to false memory syndrome where memories are forged due to trauma or the like.) ie: you feel as though a memory you have of something from yesterday never truly occurred or a detail wasn't true.
