Brajendra is an amalgamation of two words Braj & Indra. Braj is a region region in India where lord krishna spent his life & Brajwasis aka people of the region loved him . Whereas indra is a word used for the king. Since people of Braj treated lord Krishna like a king, he was given the name Brajendra. Lord Krishna is believed to be kind, brave & loving among other thing. But it is his kindness & love for the people that gets reflected through this name.
