Michael Pettaway Tomlin is the most overrated ringleader in sports history. He constantly talks about "nameless gray faces", this and that, and while he says he means to treat every opponent the same way, he's basically telling elite teams that he thinks they're as good as the bad teams. He never adjusts his game plan to stop a team's best player. That's why he let Austin Ekeler go for 4 TDs on him last Sunday night. He allows the drama to destroy the team's season in 2018 and 2020. In 2018, he allowed the cancer B's of Bell and Brown to cause an off-field distraction and the team imploded like Three Rivers Stadium. In 2020, he allowed JuJu Smith-Moron and Chase Nutcase to TikTok away until Smith-Moron got his bell rung, coincidentally by Von Bell. He's had November or December collapses in 6 of his 15 seasons. He's lost or tied to 20 teams that finished their season with 5 or less wins, not the least of which was a 27-24 home loss to the 2014 Tampa Bay Bucs, who finished 2-14. I went to that game and was shocked when they lost. Don't mind me, I was but a small child when I went to the game. Mike is 8-8 in the playoffs and has went a mere 3-6 in the last 10 seasons. I'm sick and tired of this cheerleader/ringleader imposing his crappy regime on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Let me know with the like/dislike button what you think. I think he's an average head coach who's had great talent.
