Variant spelling of the Kurdish name Berfîn meaning 'flower that grows in snow'. Which hits the nail on the head, because a Berfin is crisis-proof. She survives the most severe winters and does so with a strength that would not be expected of her delicate, fragile nature. She exudes a calmness that is unsurpassed, but often misinterpreted as timidity. 'Still waters run deep' is the best description for her. This depth is reflected above all in her eyes. One glance is enough to catch a world that simply takes your breath away. Her eyes also reflect her intelligence. She often tries to downplay it to make others feel better, but in doing so, she clips her own wings. It takes someone with an acumen to recognize this behavior and a fair amount of persuasion to drive it away from her. Only then can she flourish. When she does, a treasure is gained whose value in this world is immeasurable.
